Chiang Mai Classic

1. Rules of Play

• The use of distance-measuring devices is permitted at all tournament events, as approved by the Tournament Committee.
• All competitions will be conducted in accordance with the official Rules of Golf, together with any Local Rules established and approved by the Tournament Committee.
• All participants must hold a valid and verifiable golf handicap issued by a recognized golf club or official handicapping authority. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to review, adjust, or reject a submitted handicap at its discretion.

2. Player Conduct & Dress Code

• All participants are required to comply with the tournament dress code and maintain appropriate standards of conduct at all times, as determined by the Tournament Committee.

3. Entry & Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit of 10,000 THB must accompany each entry submission. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to refuse or decline any entry, particularly if the event reaches full capacity.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Written cancellation requests received before 1st June 2026 will incur a 1,500 THB administration fee.
• Cancellations received after 1st June 2026 will incur a 1,500 THB administration fee, plus up to 100% of the remaining balance, depending on the recoverable costs from suppliers by Papa John’s Golf & Sports Bar.

Please Note: Refunds relating to cancelled flights and accommodation are subject to the individual terms and conditions of the respective airlines and accommodation providers.

5. Pricing Adjustments

• Papa John’s Golf & Sports Bar reserves the right to adjust package pricing after initial publication due to currency exchange fluctuations or increases in supplier costs. Any applicable surcharges resulting from exchange rate changes will be passed on unless full payment has been received and no amendments have been made to the booking.

6. Media & Promotion

• The tournament may be promoted through various media channels before, during, and after the event. By entering, competitors grant permission for photographs, video, and other media featuring them to be used for promotional purposes at the discretion of Papa John’s Golf & Sports Bar.

7. Amendments

• The Tournament Committee reserves the right to amend, modify, or introduce additional conditions at its sole discretion.

8. Motorized Cart Use

Competitors wishing to operate a motorized golf cart must hold a valid driver’s license and have prior experience equivalent to a minimum of four rounds operating a golf cart.

In the event of an accident, the driver will be responsible for:

• The full cost of repairs to the cart
• Any damage to property
• Any personal injury claims arising from the incident

9. Indemnity & Liability

• By signing the Indemnity Disclaimer on the entry form or registering online, participants acknowledge that they compete entirely at their own risk.
• The Tournament Committee, Papa John’s Golf & Sports Bar, sponsors, host golf clubs, and associated service providers accept no liability for any death, injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from or connected to participation in the tournament.
